We are sorry you are not happy or have an inconvenience with your purchase.

​Townecraft Homewares is a wholesale distributor selling its proprietary and/or trademarked products to a network of Independent Authorized Dealers/Distributors. While Townecraft Homewares is responsible for upholding the product warranty in the event of a defect in material or workmanship, your product purchase was made through an Independent Authorized Dealer/Distributor.  As such, Townecraft Homewares, its parent company, and its affiliates, does not have the authority to cancel sales contracts, purchase agreements or accept the return of products from consumers. The Independent Authorized Dealer/Distributor you purchased from should be contacted directly. 

 

To return an item or cancel an order, please contact your Independent Authorized Dealer/Distributor using the information provided to you on your sales contract.
