NutriJuice Max: Overweight/Obesity Reduction

Updated: Jun 3, 2020

Obesity is an excess of body fat. Anyone who is 20 percent over the norm for his or her age, build, height is considered obese. This is a three-sided problem. Lack of exercise, poor nutrition, and emotional difficulties all contribute to obesity. To lose weight permanently, the overweight individual must address all three areas. Rather than focusing on losing pounds, focus on improving your eating habits and building fitness. Not many of us are genetically programmed to look like Barbie or He Man dolls. Make peace with the shape you are.
