NutriJuice Max: Backache Relief

Backache is a common syndrome characterized by pain and tenderness in the muscles or in the muscles’ attachments to other regions, such as the sacroiliac. Back pain is a signal that something is wrong with body. It can be caused by infection, disorders, of the vertebral column, or a number of the conditions, including stress. Back pain is a sign to take action and seek professional medical advice. there are some things you can do in addition to help the healing process.

Beneficial Juices

  • Turnup greens, broccoli, lettuce, cabbage and spinach – sources of vitamin K.

  • Carrot, garlic, and ginger root – sources of copper.

NutriJuice Max suggested juicing recipes for backache relief:

Vegetable Express

  • 2 lettuce leaves

  • 1 small wedge, cabbage

  • 4 – 5 carrots, greens removed

  • 3 broccoli flowerets

  • ½ apple, seeded

Bunch up lettuce leaves, and push through hopper with cabbage, carrots, broccoli, and apple.

Ginger Hopper

  • ¼ inch slice ginger root

  • 1 apple, seeded

  • Sparkling water

Push ginger through hopper with carrots and apple.
