Chef's Ware: Skillet Supper

Serves 6-8

  • T-Chopper Food Processor

  • 12.5” Chef’s Ware Family Skillet and Cover or Wok


3 Medium Potatoes, scrubbed and sliced

3 Carrots, scrubbed and sliced

½ Cup Low- Fat Stick Margarine (120ml.)

Bacon Bits

1-Pound Broccoli, washed and separated (1/2 kilo)

1 Packages Polish Sausage, cut into 2- inch pieces (5cm)


  1. Cut potatoes and carrots using #5 blade of the T-Chopper processor.

  2. Melt margarine in Skillet over medium heat.

  3. Place potatoes in margarine and sprinkle with bacons bits. Put carrots and broccoli over the potatoes. Cover.

  4. When vapor escapes from the lid, reduce heat to low and cook 15 minutes.

  5. Remove cover and add Polish Sausages. Replace cover and cook an additional 15 minutes.
