Chef's Ware: Quick Pot Pie

Serves 4

  • 11 Inch Chef’s Ware Skillet and Cover


1 Pound Ground Beef (454 grams)

1 Small Onion, peeled and chopped

Salt and Pepper to taste

½ Teaspoon Garlic Salt (2 to 3ml.)

1 16 – Ounce Can Green Beans (454ml.)

1 11- Ounce Can Condensed Tomato Soup (330 ml.)

3 to 4 Cups Mashed Potatoes (720-960ml.)

1 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese (240 ml.)


  1. Preheat Skillet over medium or medium heat. Brown meat and onion in Skillet until onion is tender and clear. Remove excess fat. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic salt.

  2. Drain green beans, then spread evenly over hamburger. Pour tomato soup over green beans. Top this with an evenly spread layer of mashed potatoes and sprinkle cheese over all. Cover pan and reduce heat to low for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted.
