Chef's Ware: Sautéed Mushrooms

11 Inch Skillet and Cover
Ingredients
1 Pound Fresh Mushrooms
3 Tablespoons Butter (45ml)
1 Clove Garlic, minced
Instructions:
Wash mushrooms well, trim ends and slice them into halves.
Melt butter with garlic in skillet over medium to medium-high heat. Butter should sizzle slightly.
Add mushrooms to skillet and stir to coat with butter and garlic. Continue cooking at the same heat for about 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently.
Suggestion
Garnish with parsley or grated cheese for extra flavor.
