Chef's Ware: American Fried Potatoes

Serves 2

  • 9 or 11 Inch skillet


2 Medium Cooked Potatoes, unpeeled

3 Tablespoons Butter (45 ml.)

Salt and Pepper, if desired Chopped Parsley


  1. Slice potatoes into 1/8- inch (1/2 cm) pieces. Melt butter in skillet over medium or medium-high heat.

  2. Add potatoes to hot butter and turn when bottom is browned. Turn and repeat for other side. Season and serve hot with chopped parsley.
