The TWS1100A Deluxe Stainless-Steel Alkaline Countertop Water Filter provides the same benefits as the TWS1000 Countertop Water Filter, but it also provides you with alkaline water. Alkaline water has a higher pH level than regular drinking water. Because of this, some advocates of alkaline water believe it can neutralize the acid in your body. Some possible benefits of drinking alkaline water are hydration, detoxification, improved digestion, and increased energy. Our system utilizes natural ceramics to alkalize the water, so it will keep its properties for a very long time.
*Bacteriostatic construction: Bacteriostatic construction prevents the growth of bacteria within the carbon media. The carbon media in conjunction with KDF removes chlorine and other chemicals from water. KDF is a media that is a combination of Copper and Zinc and it helps to extend the life of the carbon media effectively removing chlorine, heavy metals and microorganisms found in municipally treated water.
